The food chain is 63 years old now as it was established in April 1955. The most renowned and loved burger from McDonald’s is BigMac, people love it! The BigMac was introduced in the menu of McDonald’s after 13 years and today it marks the 50th anniversary of BigMac. The hashtag #BigMac50 is trending over Twitter in Pakistan.

On the 50th anniversary of bigMac, McDonald’s has introduced a coined “MacCon” which is believed to be the first ever global currency that is backed by food. It’s a currency for food lovers globally, and can be shared and redeemed in more than 50 countries wherever McDonald’s is operating.
