Nayyar Noor passed away at the age of 71
Nayyar Noor passed away at the age of 71 on 21st August, 2022. Noor was known as the Bulbul-e-Pakistan (Nightingale of Pakistan). She sang many filmy songs along with patriotic songs; her ghazals are also very popular internationally. Nayyara Noor started her career at a very young age back in 1968 at Radio Pakistan. After getting noticed by everyone, she was introduced to Pakistan Television (PTV). And then there was no turning back.
Nayyara Noor was known for her melodious and soft voice that paved its ways to millions of hearts. She sang numerous film songs and her songs were loved by everyone. She won several awards and accolades during her storied career, and was also a recipient of the Pride of of Performance.
