No matter how huge of a foodie you are, no matter how many cuisines you’ve tied from different parts of the world but the smell and taste of Anday Wala Burger is so very nostalgic and addictive. Recently something crazy happened over social media and something which started with just a request by Ali Gul Pir (Comedian and singer) which was to serve Anday Wala Burger in fine dine restaurants or burger joints was actually turned in to a storm on Twitter. Ali Gul Pir made a video where he visited different food joints and ordered “Anday Wala Burger” but none of them fulfilled his wish as they don’t serve that. Ali shared the video on Twitter and asked “Mujhe Anday Wala Burger kon khilayega?”

To this McDonalds replied:  

What happened onwards is quite interesting, people from different cities of Pakistan and from different age brackets started tweeting with the hashtag of #AndayWalaBurger and made it the most talked about trend of Pakistan on Twitter. Interestingly on the same day political trends were also gathering the buzz but #AndayWalaBurger not only surpassed those trends but sustained for more than 18 plus hours. Now that’s quite crazy! No?

It’s obvious from the response by general public that Anday Wala Burger is widely loved and liked by almost all. Memes started coming under the hashtag and Anday Wala Burger got the huge traction on Twitter in Pakistan. On the same day there was also an announcement of merger of two gigantic private taxi services but even then Anday Wala Burger made it to the top of the discussion.
