Airlift 2 – Making Fun Of Pakistani Celebrities

Okay, it will be a very nice idea to actually take some inspiration from what Riteish Deshmukh’s and Abhishek Bachchan’s pun about Air Lift 2 was. The movie Air Lift received critical acclaim last year. In Star Dust Awards, the presenter duo pulled the leg of Pakistani celebrities working in Bollywood, by announcing that Air-Lift 2 will soon be made. The story line will involve Akshay Kumar taking Ali Zafar, Fawad Khan and Atif Aslam back to Pakistan in Indian air-craft. Wow! Did they actually say that? In the film fraternity, this kind of joke which is based on nationality seems quote awkward, no?

Anyway, if some producers and money-oriented filmmakers actually look deep down this plot, they might come up with another 2 – 3 hundred crores block-buster movie. The idea doesn’t look bad or does it?

With Mahira Khan coming opposite Shahrukh Khan, Raees will definitely tell people what the entire tension between Pakistan and India is all about. By the way, another movie which might heighten the estrangement between the two neighboring countries will be releasing in the last week of February 2017 is Karan Johar’s “The Ghazi Attack”.
