Pakistani cinema is striving to produce films on regular basis, at this point not many filmmakers are entering in the domain of experimentation they seem to prefer make films which are loaded with masala and typical ingredients which guarantee the success at the box office. From the first scene of the trailer to the last scene, it is unlike any Pakistani film – in terms of treatment and building up of the plot. The film talks about ambitious men and women from different backgrounds. A stark combination of lower class and upper class of the society that too living in different parts of the world yet coming together on the same pedestal; this is something which Pakistani cinema doesn’t witness on regular basis.

High Dose Of Drama With Apt Dialogues

There are some amazingly shot scenes in the trailer which highlight the potential of the script. It’s effective, performed effectively and earnestly. There are some impactful dialogues in the trailer which are good enough to build up the excitement for those who appreciate cinema with good dialogues and script.

The trailer of Pinky Memsaab keeps giving viewers a reality check, I am sure people must have come across such characters in their day to day lives; at least I have. One can easily spot the difference in diction and dialect between characters from India, UAE and Pakistan – that’s the realisitic approach which most Pakistani movies lack from lately. Subject of this movie seems quite strong and meaningful.

From the trailer it’s already disclosed that Pinky Memsaab tells the story of Pinky who is from Pakistan and moves to UAE, so there’s an obvious cultural shift in her dialogue delivery; after all cultures affect ones style of talking. Moreover, the trailer also describes and builds the characters of remaining cast giving them ample time to make viewers understand their standpoints and challenges which they face living in that particular societal mix.

Endearing Performances

The trailer of Pinky Memsaab is loaded with some genuine, endearing and solid performances. From Hajra Yamin to Kiran Malik and from Adnan Jaffar to Sunny Hinduja, everyone impresses in the trailer. This film has already raised the expectations. Although the film looks like a festival and niche-oriented film but it has its fair share of pluses and high-points for those who like performance oriented films.
