Believe it or not, Mahira Khan is the superstar of Pakistani cinema and she has the power to pull crowd to cinema; this is evident from the recently launched trailer of Superstar. The trailer opens up with Mahira Khan and ends with Mahira’s powerful emotional dialogue. The trailer of Superstar is filled with joys, aspiration to become an actor (read superstar), blossoming romance and heart wrenching one-liners which are nicely inserted in the trailer with foot-tapping and melodious songs snippets. Superstar also features Bilal Ashraf, Nadeem and Ali Kazmi in pivotal characters along with a dozen of cameos which makes the trailer engaging and entertaining for masses.

Trailer Superstar:

From the trailer one can easily predict that the film revolves around Mahira Khan’s character Noor who is shown as an aspiring actress and how she meets the SUPERSTAR Sameer Khan (Bilal Ashraf) who spots the talent in her and tries to shed spotlight on her to accomplish her dream. Later we witness that Noor and Sameer goes through a rift and what further happens is what Superstar seems all about. Superstar looks promising and has all the needed ingredients which hits the right chords, from emotional drama to soothing and soft romance, from quirky punch-lines to great dance moves by the lead pair and cameos. The interesting thing is that in the trailer of Superstar the legendary superstar of Pakistani cinema, Nadeem, bags some amazing dialogues which are bang-on impactful.

The trailer of Superstar is loaded with dancing numbers and Bilal Ashraf impresses when he moves and dances. Kubra Khan leaves a strong impression; she looks ravishing in the song sequence shown in the trailer of Superstar. Mahira Khan astonishes her fans with her expressions, dances and power packed performance. Superstar seems to have all that is required for a grand Eid release.

Trailer launch of Superstar was held in Karachi at Nueplex Cinema and celebrities graced their presence at the event. Social media was overtaken by the hashtag #SuperstarTrailer and it trended in Pakistan throughout the night till morning.
