Radhe is another masala-packed film that features Salman Khan, Jackie Shroff, Randeep Hooda, and Disha Patani. The film is directed by Prabhu Deva and it showcases Deva’s style of filmmaking in every frame. In addition to that Salman Khan is presented the way Salmaniacs go crazy about him in cinemas and otherwise. The good thing about the film is that it starts with the disclaimer that Radhe is inspired by a Korean Film – The Outlaws. It’s quite difficult to comment on the rest of the good aspects of the film.

Radhe is not an extension of Wanted, that’s for sure. The film revolves around a suspended encounter specialist (Radhe) who is brought back into the police department to eradicate drug lord (Rana) from society. What happens next is the game of cat and mouse in typical Salmanverse with the Tarrka of Prabhu Deva’s peculiar elements.

Radhe is free from logic, the film features senseless scenes and idiotic comical instances. Imagine Jackie Shroff cross-dressing Disha Patani’s outfit – this is insane. I’m many scenes Jaggu Dada ridiculed himself just to make Sallu Bhai look grandeur in front of him. Randeep Hooda, a fine actor, is wasted in a character that could have better dynamics and meat. Gautam Gulati played his small part very well.

All the sequences between Disha Patani and Salman Khan are forced, unneeded, and have no reality-check.

Radhe The Superhero Bhai

A few scenes that take viewers to a superhero universe include:

A) Salman Khan protecting himself from an iron rod with his hand, just like Iron Man.
B) The entry scene, where Salman Khan breaks in to a glass wall like Flash.
C) Uncountable scenes where Salman Khan tries to prove he is the Hulk.

All in all, Radhe might be a massive disappointment for many but for more than many i.e. 4.2 million users, It’s a solid entertainer. This shows the box office power of Salman Khan. Radhe is the highest-grossing OTT release. So, no matter what people feel and how they react to Radhe, it’s a commercially successful film.
