It looks like, in India, the concept of making films and series on women-centric stories is getting quite famous these days. If we look back and start to recall movies or short films based on women-oriented stories, we can easily come up with names like Lust Stories, Angry Indian Goddesses, Veerey Di Wedding, Page 3, Fashion and a few others. “Four More Shots Please” is the upcoming Amazon Prime Original web-series which features Kirti Kulhari, Sayani Gupta, Maanvi Gagroo and Bani J playing the pivotal characters of 4 friends who stand for one another in thick and thin. Besides these ladies, there are other regular characters played by Milind Soman, Lisa Ray, Prateik Babbar, Neil Bhooplalam and Amrita Puri. The trailer of Four More Shots Please is loaded with v-centric jokes and punchlines describing how women from urban cities express their feelings and how the thought process in them takes place. Every girl in the web-series represents the unique style and brings different character with which many new-age girls will associate. The web-series is expected to be a little bold in terms of dialogues and content as the trailer itself showcases some powerful punches which are a little nasty!

The story of Four More Shots Please revolves around 4 friends, Anjana, Damini, Umang and Siddhi. The chemistry between the girls looks really good and it’s expected that 10 episodic web-series will be highly engaging and entertaining.

There are somewhat similarities between Four More Shots Please and Mistresses; at least I could recall the character of Joslynn Carver played by Jess Macallan and April Malloy played by Rochelle Aytes. Do check out it’s trailer and let us know what do you think!
