And the trailer of Hobbs & Shaw recently released. It features two characters from Fast & Furious series i.e. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and Jason Statham. Along with them there is Idris Alba as the baddie (Bad Guy) and the trailer is loaded with some great one liners, awesome punch-lines and action sequences which are nail-biting.

From the trailer it’s obvious that the Fast & Furious franchise is taking a turn towards something that is very science fiction-ish. Why? because Idris Elba’s character which is named ‘Brixton’, is sharing about himself that he is a kind of human-computer hybrid that represents the next stage in human evolution but mostly just appears to turn his veins green. This is not a story that seems based in logic, that’s what we think.

Then again, given that this is a franchise where humans regularly maneuver cars under semi-trailers and drive off skyscrapers without a scratch, maybe a computerized Idris Elba isn’t really such a stretch.
