Adnan Sarwar is one man who is very passionate about arts and bringing local stories to the limelight; he proved that with his debut movie Shah and then astonished his audience with Motorcycle Girl, now Sarwar is bringing another local/desi tale of cricket titled Baarwan Khiladi for the audience. The trailer of Baarwan Khiladi was released 24 hours ago and it left me wanting and waiting for more. This is the power of a well-made, calculated and captivating trailer, it hits the bullseye. Aren’t you blown away by the powerful dialogues and captivating story of the 12^th man? The trailer oozes a promising start in every frame. A very well-balanced trailer with youngsters like Danyal Zafar and Shahveer Jafry taking the lead whereas veterans like Usman Peerzada, Shafqat Cheema, Sarmad Khoosat and Ali Tahir supporting the entire trailer with their power-packed dialogues (Shahid Dogar).

Danyal Zafar looks good and brings the innocence and powerlessness in a few frames, that’s commendable. Shahveer Jaffty shows arrogance, attitude and swag with conviction in his dialogue delivery. “Barray Match Mein Barra Khhilaadi Chalta Hai” is a line that will be picked up after the release of this web-series. We can expect some dialogue-baazi between the two players, as Danyal says “Ab mera jawaab, kal mera balla dega”.

And yes, there is a pleasant surprise, as guest-appearance i.e. Fawad Khan. In addition, Shoaib Malik will also be seen in the web-series. The web-series will stream from 5^th March 2022 on Tapmad TV.

Adnan Sarwar has done a great job in pulling off the trailer – the final product is decent, crisp, engaging and features quite a few cookies for art lovers.
