It’s interesting how well the story of Cheekh is unfolding. There are many reasons which make Bilal Abbas Khan the culprit. Whether it’s the last statement of Ushna Shah’s

or it’s the doubt of Aijaz Aslam, Saba Qamar and the way story is written. When Noor Ul Hasan is thrown away outside the house of Bilal Abbas Khan, Saba Qamar couldn’t believe what she witnessed, that’s not how Bilal Abbas Khan ever responded in front of her, which makes her doubt him more. On the other hand, when she meets Nayyar Ejaz again in the police station, she gets to know about the last statement of Ushna Shah and that shocks her.

When Saba Qamar tries to confront it with Bilal Abbas, he clearly remembers that it was Shakir (his drunk friend) who followed Ushna Shah and he might be the reason behind all this, as Shakir’s reputation is very shady between the friends. They share the same statement with Nayyar Ejaz and he asks Bilal’s friends’ numbers to contact them personally and get the inquiry done. When Shakir gets to now about this, he calls Saba Qamar and requests her to meet him personally so that he can tell her more about the incident. What will happen next, this can only be answered in the next episode.

There are interesting twists and turns in ARY Digital’s drama Cheekh, although all the hints are directed towards Bilal but there must be another twist else this won’t be a gripping tale to follow, where in just 5 episodes thing start to get on conclusion.

In terms of performance, Saba Qamar and Noor Ul Hasan are still among the most impressive actors; Bilal Abbas gets the scope and in a few scenes he excels. Nayyar Ejaz gets a little loud (again) but now one has to accept that it’s the way his character is written and he’ll stay the way he is shown by now.
