All you need, these days, to make a film is a plot that revolves around marriage, let’s call it big fat or grand wedding, multiple cameos that at times main leads start to think are people coming to watch me or the cameos? Last but not the least a love triangle with family drama associated with it. This is exactly what the trailer of Parey Hut Love has in its trailer, which was recently released a few days back. Parey Hut Love is Asim Raza’s second film, after Ho Mann Jahaan, and it again has Sheheryar Munawer in the lead role, along with Mahira Khan and Maya Ali in pivotal characters. Trailer Parey Hut Love:

There’s no second opinion in the fact that the trailer of Parey Hut Love looks grand, visually spectacular and remarkable – all in terms of visuals. But we can’t say the same about the rest. And by rest we mean story, character arcs, narration, edgy trailer cuts and content. Sheheryar Munawer looks fatigued (at least in trailer) in many scenes, maybe there is much in the film from him. Maya Ali looks gorgeous, cute and lovely but her performance seems a little suppressed, Mahira Khan looks Madhuri-like in the “Mujra” sequence, thanks to the wardrobe and set design which made everyone recall “Maar Daala” from Devdas, we wish it looked more original and uninspired to our eyes.

Trailer Review Parey Hut Love

Shahbaz Shigri, as Hassan, looks promising and has a very strong screen presence, let’s see what he has to offer in the film when it releases. It also seems like legendary Nadeem Baig is again give the similar kind of role which he himself must have forgotten how many times he played on-screen. Ahmed Ali Butt, Zara Noor Abbas and others are also seen in the trailer trying too hard to create viewers laugh.

The story looks quite repetitive and redundant to us, and we don’t want to explore that until the film releases. We wish the entire team of Parey Hut Love and hope that filmmakers get over with the obsession of making films on weddings.
