Main Maa Nahin Banna Chahti – Episode 8 Review
Jibran’s mother is turning out to be quite demanding and it is evident with the 8th episode of Main Maa Nahin Banna Chahti. The way Rubina Ashraf is playing that character is commendable, initially her character was not as well shaped as it is now; and she is actually doing it amazingly. The way she makes Imaan follow everything suggested by her Shah Sahab, is definitely easy to believe for those who have seen such women in real life. The story of the drama is believable and offers reality. Imaan, Rabab Hashim, is also performing her character very well, the way she reacts, both in anger and helplessness in commendable. Rabab seems effortless in the character of Imaan.
In this episode, Imaan goes through her ultra sound and her mother in law dominates her in every possible way, which also includes not letting her talk and meet her own mother. When Imaan’s mother comes to visit Imaan’s house her mother in law doesn’t allow her to meet Imaan and tells her that Shah Sahab as strictly suggested that Imaan shouldn’t meet any woman who have not given birth to a boy. This breaks the heart of Imaan’s mother. Jibran also looks helpless in front of his mother’s decisions and he has shown bending his knees in front of her multiple times. This proves the hold of his mom effortlessly.
On the other hand, Jibran’s younger sister is showing interest in Faaris; despite being reserved Faaris is shown responding her decently. This might cause another trouble between Faaris and Jibran, as Jibran doesn’t like Faaris at all and when he’ll come to know of his sister showing interest in his employee, he might get furious.
In the next episode, interesting turn is expected so, in order to know more what happens further in Main Maa Nahin Banna Chahti, stay tuned for the 9th episode.
